Description
Part 1 of 3 of my imaginary Indonesian railways series.
'Semboyan 40' is a signal done by PPKA (Pengatur Perjalanan Kereta Api, roughly translated as 'Train Dispatcher' in English) by waving a green circle sign to tell the train drivers that the section they're about to pass is clear and therefore they're allowed to depart. It's been practiced as a part of Indonesian railway signaling system even since the Dutch colonial era. While most of the signaling devices have been modernized with electronics, this practice is still pretty much common and assumed as a way to minimize error in train operation.
As for the girl who acts as the PPKA, let's call her Maika-chan. Her name comes from the phrase "MAInannya Kereta Api" or "Play with Trains" in English. Random phrase indeed. She wears a set of simplified PPKA uniform (the full-body shot has her in dark blue skirt but it's not shown here).
The train behind her is my random design, and since it's random, any similaryties with any existing trainsets is completely coincidental. Although to be honest, the black-orange-grey color scheme is greatly inspired by i9000 KfW built by INKA, as shown here in my meme. In my concept, it is a solar-powered Electric Multiple Units with solar panels installed on every inch of it's roof, as substitute for overhead catenary pantographs. The generated electricity is then used to propel the traction motors located under it's floors as in ordinary EMU's. It is, however, a tilting train, with active tilting system that enables this train to tilt as much as 6o in corners to maintain higher speed, as high as 160 km/h during operational while it's designed to run at max speed of 240 km/h on cape gauge (1067 mm), the standard in Java and Sumatra (for Indonesian railways).
As usual, comments and constructive critics are encouraged.

Nice train here, love the concept. Also, curious, the PPKA waving a green circle, is it still done at every station, or just at the major ones when the train starts? In the UK they still have someone wave a paddle-shaped device and whistle when a train's about to start at terminal stations, but everywhere else it's just the lights that give the "go"
